    WHY BRICK

Trade Show Logistics, Coordinated From One Account

    icon

Freight Coordination That Keeps Teams Informed

Booth teams need to know what is happening with their freight without chasing the warehouse. We push timely updates to the same platform your show coordinator uses.

    icon

Careful Handling of Booth Materials and Displays

Trade show freight is not commodity freight. We respect the packing standards exhibitors have already established and document condition at every transfer.

    icon

A Single Workflow Across Every Move

The same crew, the same platform, and the same workflow run every leg of your trade show program. The booth team is not learning new processes each event.

    icon

    Reliable Return Shipping After Strike

Move-out is when programs typically stumble. We treat the strike call with the same discipline as inbound — accurate documentation, predictable routing, clean handoffs.

    Plan & Receive

We receive your booth, displays, and materials at our local warehouse. Everything is logged, photographed, and stored securely until ship date.

    Prep & Deliver

We pull inventory, kit promotional materials, and coordinate delivery to the convention center on your timeline, to your booth number.

    Strike & Return

After the show, we handle booth pickup, condition reporting, cleaning if needed, and either return to local storage or ship to your next event.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What does Brick Dynamics handle for trade show programs?

We coordinate the freight side of your trade show program — inbound receiving, storage between shows, kitting and prep, on-site delivery, drayage coordination, and post-show return shipping. The same crew runs every move, so your team is not switching vendors mid-tour.

How early should we ship booth freight to your warehouse?

For most shows, we recommend booth freight arrives at our local warehouse seven to ten business days before move-in. That gives time for receiving, condition checks, graphics replacement if needed, and prep before the venue target window.

Do you handle installation and dismantle?

Yes. We can coordinate freight only, or run the installation and dismantle labor alongside it. Most exhibitors use both services on one contract so the booth crew is the same end to end.

What happens if booth freight gets damaged?

Damage is photographed at receipt against the inbound manifest and logged to our platform before the booth moves to the show floor. You see the documentation with timestamps. If the damage means the booth cannot go up as planned, we coordinate emergency replacement or a contingency layout with the show contractor.

Can you handle multi-state trade show programs?

Yes. The same account, inventory record, and platform follow the booth from one show to the next. When the program moves between states, the handoff happens internally without you re-onboarding a new vendor.
