Do you handle convention center delivery?

Yes. We coordinate delivery directly to the event and handle all convention center logistics including marshalling yard timing and freight door scheduling. Where possible based on the events’ onsite protocol, we can deliver directly to your booth as well and help with the setup & strike.

Can you store our booth between shows?

Absolutely. Local storage eliminates unnecessary cross-country shipping. We store, maintain, and prep your exhibit materials between events.

What if we have multiple shows in the same week?

We specialize in multi-city, concurrent trade show logistics. Our platform and warehouse network allow you to execute simultaneous shows without the chaos.

Do you handle booth setup (I&D)?

We specialize in logistics (receiving, storage, kitting, transport, delivery, pickup, and shipping) but are equipped to handle light setup or strike as needed. If we are not allowed on site by the event coordinator or setup/strike is a full production, we can coordinate with your I&D partner or recommend trusted exhibit houses in each market.

What about international shows?

Currently focused on US markets with 65+ metros covered. Reach out to discuss international freight coordination as this is coming soon.

Pricing?

Monthly storage + per-show logistics fee in a “pay as you need” variable model. Our rates are custom based on scope, but single booth shows often range between $250–$1,500 while complex multi-city trade show schedules are custom quotes based on end-to-end facilitation needs.
