So our founders set out to build something better.

Brick Dynamics is led by co-founders Thomas O’Brien and TJ Hennessy, who founded the company with a shared belief that local operations shouldn’t be a barrier to growth. Between them, they bring deep experience in operations, logistics, and scaling businesses from the ground up.

Behind them is a team of 500+ local experts spread across 65+ metros nationwide. These are the schedulers, the warehouse managers, the delivery drivers, the technicians, and the customer experience specialists who make the whole thing work day in and day out.
