    WHY BRICK

How Brick Dynamics Handles Trade Show Freight End to End

    icon

One Point of Contact for Every Shipment

When trade show freight crosses multiple legs of a journey, the easiest way to keep it on track is having one team that owns the whole timeline. We handle the coordination so your booth team gets answers from the same source every time.

    icon

    Careful Handling of Booth Materials

Booths, displays, signage, and equipment all have their own packing standards. We work the freight side around those standards, photographing condition at receipt and tracking each piece by SKU through every move.

    Better Planning for Repeat Exhibitors

Exhibitors who run the same show year after year benefit from a freight partner that learns the routine. We carry packing notes, prep schedules, and lessons from the last show into the next one.

Post-Show Return Shipping Without the Scramble

Move-out is often where freight programs get messy. Our team handles pickup, condition checks, and outbound routing so the strike call does not turn into a coordination problem.

    HOW IT WORKS

    Plan & Receive

Booth freight arrives at our local warehouse. Each piece is verified against the inbound manifest, photographed for any damage in transit, and logged into our platform by SKU. Show date, target move-in time, and dock assignment are captured at receipt so the prep schedule builds backward from the on-floor deadline.

    Prep & Deliver

The day before move-in, the booth is staged: crates pulled, graphics confirmed, paperwork prepared for the dock check-in. On show day, the freight rolls to the venue at the target time. The crew checks in with the show drayage contractor, gets the booth to the assigned space, and stays through installation.

    Strike & Return

After the show, the move-out runs the inbound process in reverse: pickup at the strike call, condition check against the inbound photos, crate sealed, and freight returned to the warehouse or shipped to the next show city. The platform tracks where each crate goes next.

    Planning a trade show?

Whether you’re running a single trade show or a multi-city program with stops in California, Brick Dynamics handles the freight, on-site coordination, and post-show logistics so your booth team can focus on the show floor.

    Frequently Asked Questions

What does Brick Dynamics handle for trade show programs?

We coordinate the freight side of your trade show program — inbound receiving, storage between shows, kitting and prep, on-site delivery, drayage coordination, and post-show return shipping. The same crew runs every move, so your team is not switching vendors mid-tour.

How early should we ship booth freight to your warehouse?

For most shows, we recommend booth freight arrives at our local warehouse seven to ten business days before move-in. That gives time for receiving, condition checks, graphics replacement if needed, and prep before the venue target window.

Do you handle installation and dismantle?

Yes. We can coordinate freight only, or run the installation and dismantle labor alongside it. Most exhibitors use both services on one contract so the booth crew is the same end to end.

What happens if booth freight gets damaged?

Damage is photographed at receipt against the inbound manifest and logged to our platform before the booth moves to the show floor. You see the documentation with timestamps. If the damage means the booth cannot go up as planned, we coordinate emergency replacement or a contingency layout with the show contractor.

Can you handle multi-state trade show programs?

Yes. The same account, inventory record, and platform follow the booth from one show to the next. When the program moves between states, the handoff happens internally without you re-onboarding a new vendor.
