Trade Show Logistics in New York
The Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Eleventh Avenue between 34th and 40th Streets is the anchor of New York’s trade show calendar. Roughly 2.1 million square feet across four exhibit halls, recently expanded with the Javits North addition and a rooftop pavilion. It hosts the New York International Auto Show every April, the National Retail Federation’s NRF Big Show every January, the North American International Toy Fair, the International Contemporary Furniture Fair, BookExpo, and Salon International Hairdressing’s NYC events. Add the Brooklyn Cruise Terminal for off-Manhattan events, the Hudson Yards venues for design-week activations, and the Lexington Armory and 69th Regiment Armory for high-end industry shows, and New York operates a calendar where venue logistics matter as much as freight planning.
Brick Dynamics handles the freight side of all of it. We receive your booth at our New York-area warehouse, prep and stage for move-in, run drayage and delivery to Javits or the assigned NYC venue, and coordinate move-out and post-show forwarding. New York is one of 65+ active North American BD metros, sized to the density and the freight constraints that come with shipping into Manhattan.

WHY BRICK
Trade Show Freight Handled by a Team That Knows the Pace
Freight Plans Set Before the Pickup Call
Programs that improvise their freight schedule usually pay for it at the marshalling yard. We map the inbound, target windows, and contingencies in advance so the trip runs on a defined path.
Clear Communication Throughout the Process
Booth teams should be able to see the status of every shipment without chasing it. We log every receive, move, and delivery to a platform they can check anytime.
Careful Handling From Receipt Through Return
Booth materials need to arrive in the same condition they shipped in. We document condition at receipt, store to packing standards, and deliver with the same care.
Less Vendor Juggling Across the Program
When the freight, warehouse, drayage coordination, and on-site labor are all under one team, the handoffs happen internally. That removes hours of back-and-forth between vendors.

Whether you’re prepping NRF at Javits, running an industry activation in SoHo, or doing a fashion-week presence in Brooklyn, Brick Dynamics handles the freight, drayage, and on-site labor so your booth team can focus on the show floor.
Frequently Asked Questions
We coordinate the freight side of your trade show program — inbound receiving, storage between shows, kitting and prep, on-site delivery, drayage coordination, and post-show return shipping. The same crew runs every move, so your team is not switching vendors mid-tour.
For most shows, we recommend booth freight arrives at our local warehouse seven to ten business days before move-in. That gives time for receiving, condition checks, graphics replacement if needed, and prep before the venue target window.
Yes. We can coordinate freight only, or run the installation and dismantle labor alongside it. Most exhibitors use both services on one contract so the booth crew is the same end to end.
Damage is photographed at receipt against the inbound manifest and logged to our platform before the booth moves to the show floor. You see the documentation with timestamps. If the damage means the booth cannot go up as planned, we coordinate emergency replacement or a contingency layout with the show contractor.
Yes. The same account, inventory record, and platform follow the booth from one show to the next. When the program moves between states, the handoff happens internally without you re-onboarding a new vendor.
